In this tab are gathered all documents that have been labeled as assessment when the source was added. You can also change the status of a source in its metadata and tick the assessment box (Cf. View the source/edit the source).
The DEEP Assessment Registry (ARy) is a database of needs assessments conducted in a given country or crisis. It is primarily concerned with the identification of what is being assessed (topics or sector), who is assessed (affected groups), when and where (geographical areas). It also captures the methodology, the density and breadth of information contained within the assessments so as to map the extent to which decision making is possible and identify information gaps. Finally, the quality of the needs assessment report and the information it contains is rated to allow for quick filtering of high information density reports and evolution of needs assessment quality over time.
All assessments are accessible in the list with metadata related to each and filters to access directly an assessment. Assessments can be deleted by clicking on the bin. If you click on edit, you access the specific assessment and can start to add information to complete your assessment.
You have an interface similar to Tagging, and different categories to fill: Metadata, additional documents, focus, summary, score and CNA. Information in those different categories can be chosen through scrolling menus, calendars, open text, uploaded documents, matrix and single choice response. When the assessment is completed, click on save to finalize your assessment.
Warning: For more information regarding the content, categories definitions and scoring, please refer to the lead of your project or to the assessment registry guidance.
